designer loves art...41...Edouard Manet

how many of us have gone against our teachers wishes, and have been completely disregarded and harshly criticized by them?
this is Edouard Manet
born in France he was under the tutelage of Thomas Couture who was one of his most harsh critics. but instead of being discouraged Manet proceeded with
his vision of what a painting should be. his most important and recognized works created a scandal at his time.
also as a friend of Monet he became one of the supporter of the impressionists. though his style was more refined and not as strong he became more influenced by it by the end of the 1870's .

designer loves art...40...Diego Rivera

one of the most recognized painters of Mexico, and husband to one of the most famous female painters of México as well...
this is Diego Rivera
from Guanajuato Mexico. he started drawing since the age of 3, and got the opportunity to study in México city as well as in Europe, although I really care little for his personal life, he is one of the most important muralists of his time.
his political subjects as well as cultural subjects of the time. made him create murals in Mexico, and the USA. his view of political subjects is sometimes satirical and his cultural subjects are even a bit harsh sometimes, but in the end I believe he did a good job of representing and capturing the time period he lived in.

designer loves art...38..Yulia Brodskaya

writing words and even drawing on the paper is quite simple and we all do it.
now... how about drawing and writing with paper.....

this is Yulia Brodskaya

she has the ability to make such works of arts with strips of paper, I have tried this technique before but to get to this skill level it would take lots of paper,
time and most importantly patience.
with a clear concept in mind she has been called on to male product publicity.
maybe we should all start thinking about recycling paper this way... imagine what could be possible.

designer loves art...37...Fra Angelico

not many can have two professions and be so devoted in one that the other is the result of the other.
this is Fra Angelico
Fra Angelico an Italian Dominican friar, usually worked on frescos, altarpieces and panes always being religious subjects.
he filled the convent of San Marco and the Chapel of the Sacrament in the Vatican.
But what is most important is that we start to see the initiatives of perspective in art,
though rough and a bit wrong proportions we start to get an idea of depth.
